Bryan McCormick

Bryan McCormick, Senior Vice President of Store Strategy and Operations, joined PetSmart in February 2010 where he held several human resources roles before becoming Vice President of Human Resources. After a brief stint as Chief Human Resources Officer at Nextiva in 2017, he returned to PetSmart as Vice President of HR Operations and Total Rewards in 2018. Bryan has more than 25 years of experience in human resources and operations, holding various leadership roles at other companies including Bombardier Aerospace, Core-Mark International and Sam’s Club.

Bryan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas A&M University and his MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas. He is an active member of his community and a coach to the many sports his kids play. In addition to four kids, he and his wife have three amazing cats to keep the family company.
