Lacey Bundy

Lacey Bundy joined PetSmart as SVP, general counsel and corporate secretary in August 2018. Prior to PetSmart, she most recently served as SVP, general counsel and corporate secretary for eight years at Express, Inc. At Express, Lacey oversaw all aspects of the legal department, including litigation, ethics and compliance, corporate governance and transactions. Previously, she worked as a corporate attorney for Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago, and as a consultant and certified public accountant for Ernst & Young in New York City.

Lacey earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington and a juris doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
